DATE is pleased to present a special hybrid format for its 2022 event, as the situation related to COVID-19 is improving but safety measures and restrictions will remain uncertain for the upcoming months across Europe and worldwide. In transition towards a future post-pandemic event again, DATE 2022 will host a two-day live event in presence in the city of Antwerp (just north of Brussels in Belgium), to bring the community together again, followed by other activities carried out entirely online in the subsequent days. This setup combines the in-presence experience with the opportunities of on-line activities, fostering the networking and social interactions around an interesting program of selected talks and panels on emerging topics to complement the traditional DATE high-quality scientific, technical and educational activities.

Sofics provides analog I/O’s and custom circuits for the trade off between high robustness and high-performance IC design, optimized for your application.

Whether it is reducing leakage below nA range, lowering I/O capacitance to less than 10fF, enabling the use of core transistors in the I/O for highest speed or sustaining operating or signal voltage well above the power supply: every application poses different challenges. From our niche expertise of protecting ICs against a variety of reliability specifications, we can distill the most optimized strategies within the operating range of your IC, treating every each case differently, with silicon proven solutions in almost every mainstream and advanced technology, including FinFETs down to 5nm, SOI down to 22nm, HV/BCD up to 100V and other variants of CMOS processes, in a wide range of foundries: TSMC, GlobalFoundries, SMIC, UMC and many others.

Sofics’ technology is proven in more than 3000 IC designs with more than 80 different customers.

Sofics (www.sofics.com) has more than 20 years, and more than 130 man-years experience in protecting ICs against a variety of reliability specifications.  Based in Aalter, Belgium, we serve customers worldwide. Our technology is patented in more than 35 patent families. Sofics is foundry independent, but part of TSMC’s DCA and IP alliance since 2009.
